The Keating 035575 Fryer Thermostat is a K-type temperature control with a stainless steel sensing bulb of size 5/16" by 10". It keeps track of the temperature of oil in compatible commercial fryers and will activate or deactivate the heating system as required. The sensing bulb is installed in the tank to react to the variations in temperature and assist in maintaining the correct cooking conditions.
