The Jackson 6401-021-83-90 Wash Thermostat controls washing water temperature by sensing heat and regulating the heating circuit when the preset level is reached. It operates at a fixed 150°F setting, opening or closing the circuit as temperature conditions change during the wash cycle. The assembly is positioned within the washer control area, with its sensing bulb extending into the designated temperature-monitoring place. Featuring a 1/4" X 6" rigid bulb, it transfers heat information to the thermostat mechanism for switching operation. The included stuff box secures the bulb connection during installation and maintains its intended position within the dishwashing system.
