The Jackson 6401-140-00-32 Wash Thermostat 150°F is a temperature controller to be utilized in commercial dishwashing machines. Placed inside the wash system, it measures and controls the temperature of water, so that it can reach the necessary 150°F to be used in cleaning and sanitizing. The thermostat acts in cooperation with the heating units and control system of the appliance to provide consistency in the work of the appliance avoid overheating.
