The Vulcan Hart 00-417424-000G5 Range Thermostat BJWA is a highly efficient, precision temperature control device for use with ovens in commercial kitchen applications. The 3/16" x 11" bulb and 48" capillary tube results in precise temperature regulation from 250°F to 550°F, making this a better thermostat for all sorts of cooking methods, including baking and broiling. The 90-degree clockwise rotation makes it easy to adjust, and the distinctive black oven dial and red oven dial allow for clear visibility which increases operational efficiency. This thermostat will work with Vulcan oven series 59, 64, 70, etc.
