The Garland G03145-048 FDO Thermostat operates by detecting the temperature inside the oven with the help of its sensing element and reacting to the changes as the level of heat variations during the work. It works by mechanically changing its internal controls to regulate the heating cycle by the temperature it senses. This thermostat is installed in the control area of the oven and is linked to the heating system parts and it is fitted into the mounting area that is made to control the temperature.
