The Blodgett 11528 Thermostat is a commercial oven temperature control device of precision. This thermostat has a temperature range of 150°F-550°F and allows the chefs and bakers to ensure to maintain a condition in which to bake, or cook with a consistent result. The 1/2" FPT inlet and outlet on the thermostat means it is compatible with most oven models with a temperature range of up to 500°F. It has a sensing bulb 3/16 in. x 14 3/4 in. with a capillary tube 48 in. long, which gives accurate temperature reading in high heat environments.
