Description

The Garland G0893-01 Thermostat K-Type 1/4" X 7" Nickel Bulb CAP 36" .187" D-Stem is a temperature control unit for use in commercial cooking equipment. It detects heat by the nickel bulb and changes its internal electrical contacts when the temperature changes, opening or closing them at the set point. It is placed in the heated space, and the stem and capillary are attached to the control space, and it controls the heating circuit in the temperature range of 100°F to 450°F.
