Duke 212081 KA Thermostat with a 1/4″ x 7-9/16″ bulb and an auxiliary switch is used for controlling temperatures in the kitchen parts like steam tables and prep tables including SUB-FC-206-RT Subway. It has a temperature control of 140°F - 500°F, for a precise control of heat for cooking food. The feature of the 48” cap makes the installation flexible and the auxiliary switch is an additional feature. Designed for use with steam tables, this thermostat increases productivity, providing more even heat to ensure that food is cooked properly.
