Description

The Star Mfg 2T-30402-23 Thermostat is a control device used in ovens to regulate temperature with the range of 250°F – 850°F. This thermostat uses a temperature-sensitive probe that constantly heats up when the oven is hot to switch on and off the heating element so that the required or preferred cooking temperature is maintained. It has 5”/32” x 9” dimensions and a 48” capillary tube to accommodate different oven styles and facilitate installation.
