Description

The Blodgett 16536 KX Thermostat is a temperature control device for use in commercial ovens. This Thermostat has a 3/16" x 11-5/8" bulb and 36" capillary tube for accurate temperature sensing in the oven cavity. Sensor temperature and setpoint are compared by the thermostat to determine if the oven temperature is too high, too low, or is correct. The thermostat will open the electrical contacts if the temperature gets beyond the setpoint preventing and interrupting the power supply to the heating elements so those elements will not overheat. With this exact temperature control, you get consistent cooking results, food doesn’t burn, and your oven stays in better shape.
