The Southbend 2662A8701 Thermostat regulates and adjusts ovens correctly at suitable temperatures. It has a 48 in capillary tube, an 11-1/8 in x 3/16 in sensing bulb designed, and it works in a range of 150°C to 450°C. It is placed in the control system of the oven, where it can detect any changes in the internal temperatures and command the heating elements to work towards the same. This thermostat ensures that the heating is kept steady and under control to a warm cooking performance that supports the efficacy, and is often needed in a commercial kitchen and food service work.
