Description

The Cleveland 11307 Convection Steamer Timer Knob is a part that fits on the timer shaft so that the cooking time can be manually adjusted to turn on and set the time required. It fits by pressing the internal spline or grip features onto the stem of the timer of the stove to ensure that the knob is in place. This timer knob is mounted on the front control panel of a convection steamer. It takes the place of the current interface component and connects directly with the timer mechanism.
