Description

The Groen 123100 Convection Steamer Timer Knob is used to regulate the timing feature by turning it to the preferred time of cooking and activating the internal time clock. It moves the timer shaft to control the start and finish of the cooking cycle. This is placed on the control panel to be activated directly. It is built to the same interface as the control interface and allows the same interaction with the timer assembly. The design enables easy adjustment of timer marks to set the correct time when preparing food.
