The Hatco R02.09.030.00 Element Kit is a 200-watt, 120-volt heating element to be used in compatible equipment. It produces regulated heat to maintain uniform holding temperatures in the appliance. The element is installed as a component of the internal heating system of the unit and is used together with the thermostat and electrical system to keep the thermal conditions constant. In commercial foodservice it is a key factor in maintaining the prepared food by allowing predictable heat production which allows the warmer to run predictably.
