The LBC Bakery Equipment 30303-06 Oven Toggle Switch is a switch that regulates the flow of electricity to ovens to enable them to be switched on or off by a simple flip. It works on a simple mechanism that is connected to the power system of the oven. The switch has a slot where it can be placed on the control panel of the oven so that it fits in the slot of the toggle that is created to accommodate the switch.
