Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-409432-00001 Range Grate Cast Iron is an ingredient that is meant to hold cookware safely on an open flame but still enable the heat to circulate evenly around the base. It works by giving a flat surface where the pots and pans are at the same height above the burner so that cooking can be controlled. This range grate is mounted on commercial cooking ranges that are boiled or simmered using direct heat. It is used as an element of the cooking system.
