The Pitco PP10210 Transformer converts electrical power of 120 208 or 240 volts to the desired voltage needed by the fryer control parts. It is placed in the electrical compartment of the fryer and provides regulated power to ignition systems, control boards and sensors. This transformer allows consistent electrical operation, at varying voltage inputs, which allows continuous operation of the fryer. It is used in commercial fryers and helps in the distribution of the right amount of electrical current to internal circuits, which makes heating and control systems work properly in continuous use in the kitchen.
