The Pitco PP10429 Fryer Transformer is used to convert incoming electrical power at 120, 208 or 240 V to 24 V to power low-voltage components in the fryer. It induces electromagnetic to reduce the voltage but does not stop current flow to other parts. This is made to be installed inside commercial fryers where it can be mounted to the inside electrical compartment to supply power to control systems and low-voltage circuits within the appliance.
