The Pitco PP10429-M Gas Fryer Transformer 120/208/240V-24V is used to convert the high incoming voltage to a stable 24-volt output that will drive low-voltage controls and ignition components in the fryer system. It works based on electromagnetic induction, whereby the energy is transferred among windings to ensure that the correct voltage levels are maintained to ensure safe electrical operation. This transformer is placed within the control compartment or electrical enclosure of the fryer and is placed in close to wiring harnesses and terminal connections to be directly integrated.
