Traulsen 340-60294-00 Wire Shelf 66/72/90 LH Prep Top

The Traulsen 340-60294-00 Wire Shelf is used in the refrigerated compartment of compatible equipment to hold stored products. It's made of wire, which allows for containers or food products to be placed on it and for air to circulate the contents. The shelf is designed to be mounted on the left-hand side of the interior of the prep top and works with equipment configurations for 66, 72, or 90-inch prep tops. It sits on the inside support points of the cabinet, forming a specific storage level. The wire layout allows parts to be placed inside but leaves a gap between the surface of the shelf and the surrounding structure of the compartment.
