The Pitco P6072185 Gas Fryer Triple Basket 17-1/8"L 5-3/4"W 6-1/8"D operates by containing food items when they are lowered in and raised out of the fryer enabling the hot oil to circulate in the wire mesh and cook the food items evenly. Its triple-basket system allows large batches of food or various foods to be fried at the same time. This basket assembly is placed in the fryer tank, and it is suspended on the ledge or support bracket over the fryer.
