Description

The True 802223 Overload is a motor protection recommended for 1/2 HP refrigeration compressors. It measures the current flow and closes the circuit when the electric load or temperature is too high to avoid breaking the motor and unwanted shutdowns. The overload is installed in the circuit with the compressor in the electrical compartment of the ice merchandiser. It operates with the start components in retail ice freezers and merchandisers to control power during start-up and operation. It assists in keeping the compressor in controlled operation.
