The Turbochef ENC-1756 Drip Tray Assembly Bullet captures the grease, crumbs and other drips that fall during cooking by providing a removable pan below the cooking chamber. It glides into the lower tracks of the oven and fits flat underneath the cavity to trap the liquids and debris during the heating of food. The tray assembly is placed at the bottom of the unit to receive the runoff before it gets to the internal parts of the unit or the floor of the cabinet. This position provides easy emptying and cleaning.
