Description

The TurboChef NGC-3026-1 Control Board manages the operations of the ovens depending on the input signals of the sensors and the user interfaces to arrange the heating, airflow, and time. It uses programmed logic to manage power flow, command processing and status reporting to the components it is attached to. The control compartment of the oven has a board fitted behind the front access panel. It is an installed electronic component that is intended to support keypad inputs, display outputs, and safety circuit interlocks. The board is connected to several connectors that are attached to motors and heaters.
