Description

The Turbochef NGC-3067 Oven Door W/Packaging Service Kit is used to maintain the appropriate chamber sealing and heat retention. It works by creating a safe barrier in the course of operation, internal temperature control and safe opening/closing with its in-built handle and hinge features. The assembly is installed at the front access opening and is attached to the hinge system so that it fits into the frame of the oven properly. The packaging materials included in the package assist, in protecting the unit during handling and transportation.
