The Pitco P6072184 Fryer Twin Basket W/Coated Handle 17-1/2" X 8-1/2" X 5" is a part that works by putting food items in a mesh wire frame to enable them to be fully immersed in hot cooking oil. This shape allows the uniform distribution of heat throughout the ingredients, as the front hook attached to the unit ensures that the unit is attached to the side of the skillet to allow the oil to drain out properly once the cooking cycle is over. This is mounted directly into the tank when it is in operation, and it is set on the hanging hanger when not in the tank.
