The Vulcan Hart 00-499223-00001 Fryer Twin Size Basket is made for commercial use and having dimensions of 13-1/4” length, 6-5/8” width and 6” height, this basket comes with a coated handle to enable a firm grip when handling hot foods and drinks without burning hands. Designed for heavy usage, it has a feature of drainage of oil in order to produce crispy food which is well fried.
