Description

The Ultrafryer ULTR12C146 Heater Pad Pump 35 W 120 V is an electrical heating unit that heats the pump compartment in fryers that are compatible with it. It generates controlled surface heat that maintains cooking oil in startup and low-temperature conditions. This heater pad is attached to the pump housing directly to the fryer cabinet, where internal heat transfer is required.
