The Ultrafryer ULTR18185 Fryer Door Micro Lever Switch 15A 250/125V has an internal contact that switches momentarily as the actuator is pressed or released when the fryer door is opened or closed. The internal contacts of the switch open or close the circuit, allowing the control system to sense whether the door is open or closed or to terminate operation. This micro switch is attached close to the hinge or frame of the fryer door where the door interlocks with the actuator, attached by screws, and attached to the wiring harness of the equipment.
