The Ultrafryer ULTR19A074 Gas Fryer Firebox Assembly P2 REV1 directs and contains the heat generated by gas burners so that high-temperature gases flow through the chamber, and impart heat to the cooking tubes. The flame and exhaust path is formed by burners, baffles, and internal panels to direct the combustion output around the surfaces so that the thermal contact remains consistent. It is mounted under the fryer vat of 18-inch and 20-inch models and is connected to the frame where the fuel supply, pilot parts, and venting connections are placed.
