Description

The Ultrafryer 22A807 Fryer Infrared Burner operates by combining natural gas or propane with regulated airflow to start combustion via a number of precision-drilled ports. The result of this ignition is a steady stream of thermal power, which is transferred directly into the oil vat of the pan through internal heat exchanger tubes. This component is placed under the fuel tank in the combustion chamber, and it is the major source of heat in the cooking system.
