Description

The Uniworld UM30B Mixing Bowl Stainless Steel 30 Quart is used to combine, scrape, or blend 30 quarts of ingredients in a large, smooth interior using the agitator of a mixer. It works by being installed in the bowl lock mechanism of the mixer such that the head and beater systems can work on batters and mixtures. This bowl is placed in compatible commercial mixers that are 30 Quart capacity and placed in a manner that it fits the drive gears and safety interlocks. Designed to work in kitchens, it facilitates rotation and deep ingredient integration in a variety of food preparation.
