Description

The Lang PS-40102-A26 Universal Board Kit is used to handle electrical signals, whereby the input is taken in by the components connected to it, and the power and control operations are then directed to the circuits. It receives the instructions of switches and sensors to synchronise the work of equipment in different cooking modes. This board is fitted in the control compartment of compatible commercial cooking equipment. The kit also has the required board materials to interface with the existing wiring so that there can be proper communication of the electrical system.
