The Imperial 28048 Upper Door Hanger is a mounting bracket that will be used in a commercial fryer door assembly. This part is 2" by 1-1/2" with 1-1/4" mounting holes that attach the upper part of the fryer door to the cabinet structure. The hanger is also used in commercial kitchen fryers used in restaurants, cafeterias and foodservice facilities. In the fryer system, it is significant in stabilizing the door panel, assisting safe access to internal parts and ensuring the cabinet is properly enclosed during normal use and maintenance.
