Description

The Uniworld UVS922S Slicer Hub Attachment #22 works by integrating with a compatible power aggregator. Rotational force is passed to the internal slicing system, which processes the food item into uniform cuts. The channel directs the ingredients into its feed opening, and the channel directs the supplies towards the cutting surface to be sliced consistently throughout the operation. It fits on the front hub of a matching food blending or prep machine and is aligned to be used in a stable manner. It was built to be compatible with standard #22 hub systems and is used to cut tasks in commercial kitchen systems.
