Description

The Groen Z097009 Safety Relief Valve monitors system pressure and automatically opens when levels reach 30 PSI, releasing excess conditions until operating conditions are restored. Equipped with 1/2-inch MPT x 1/2-inch FPT connections, it uses an internal spring-loaded mechanism to respond to pressure changes and then reseals once the pressure falls below the set point. The valve is installed on compatible commercial steam cooking equipment, where it threads into the system as part of the safety control assembly. Its configuration allows coordinated operation with surrounding steam management components.
