The Jade Range 4418500200 Horizontal Split Burner Valve is used to control flow of gas to achieve different flame levels in different areas of heating during the use of the oven. It works by changing the flow in the burner assembly allowing the thermal output to be controlled according to the cooking needs of the appliance. This element is placed in the internal burner of the oven and is mounted on the gas line path and is connected to the burner framework to work together with it.
