The Pitco 60125901 Fryer Gas Valve Vent Tube 4-3/8" long directs the combustion gases out of the burner assembly and assists in maintaining the right air-to-fuel mixture in the cooking appliance. It is an accurately sized pipe that is inserted into the system of the burner, connecting the burner head to a venting path that directs the gases to the flue or exhaust space. The vent tube is combined with the burner and the combustion chamber that facilitates the stable flame operation and effective heat transfer.
