Vulcan Hart VH107727-3 2-7/8" Red Polycarbonate knob serves broiler valves and ovens as well as a cheesemelters by offering precise control through its "OFF-ON" function. This knob offers a 2-7/8" diameter with flat-up mounting design .240" and a secure set screw for attachment and a central "V" marking for easy recognition. The robust polycarbonate construction makes this part durable enough to resist temperature environments which minimizes breakdowns. The knob functions with broiler valve #52-1023 to work on CMR-34B, IR1 and HCB2 models and additional broiler valve models.
