Description

The Vollrath VOL501N Onion King Slicer 1/4" operates by pressing produce through a grid of fixed blades, creating uniform slices with each downward motion. It is also manual, allowing for controlled slicing without electricity, and can be fixed to a prep table for stable use. It is a unit that is designed to fit in the commercial kitchen to prepare ingredients in regular use such as onions and other vegetables of this kind. The slicer makes it easier to cook, garnish or assemble, which is easier in a high-volume foodservice setting.
