Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-499480-000G1 Ceramic Brick Set operates used for gas-fired steak broilers. The ceramic bricks function as heat distribution elements to maintain uniform temperatures that lead to superior broiler performance. Vulcan Hart recognizes the ceramic bricks as compatible components for their VST4B model. The process of replacing bricks requires complete removal of both manifold and control valve covers. The rack assembly needs to reach its lowest position before you can safely remove old ceramic bricks from support rails. Make sure to place each brick correctly on the support rails during new set installation. Install the manifold bracket and pilot tube mounting brackets after completion of the replacement process.
