The Intermetro RPC13-162 Heating Element is used to transform electrical power into heat, that increases the temperature in the oven. It pulls the electric energy from the power outlet of the appliance and spreads it around the full length of the element to produce uniform heat. The element is placed in the oven cavity, and it is usually placed at the top or the bottom to come into direct contact with the cooking conditions. It is made to fit with the existing appliance, connects to the already existing electrical points.
