The Groen 141285 Water Level Probe Right 3/8" MPT installed in commercial combination ovens to measure and control the amount of water in the steam system. It provides proper detection of the presence of water, and the appliance will be able to sustain the correct generation of steam and avoid dryness. The probe is installed in the water circuit of the oven and it is connected to the control system to signal the necessary adjustment of water input.
