The Middleby Marshall 37000-0413 Idler Shaft Adjustment Bracket is fitted in commercial conveyor ovens to ensure proper belt alignment and tension. It holds the idler shaft assembly which permits the movement of the belts in a continuous operation to be smooth and stable. This bracket is involved in the provision of even cooking performance and minimization of mechanical damage in the system of the oven. It is fitted when carrying out maintenance or replacing parts, and it offers a better way of positioning the idler shaft to achieve maximum conveyor tracking in restaurant kitchen settings.
