The APW 1200500 Bore Blower Wheel is an essential component of airflow in ovens. This blower wheel has a bore of 5/8", a 9-7/8" diameter and a depth of 1-5/8" and is designed specifically for the X300, 500 and 700 series and has a concave design with a smooth hub for efficient air movement. It runs in a counterclockwise direction, so that oven is operating in counterclockwise direction, it increases the heat distribution inside oven uniformly and giving consistent heat which in turn enhances the capability of heating. The outcome is better cooking performance, shorter cooking times and better food quality.

Installation Steps

Step1: Turn off power and lockout blower unit, check wheel has stopped completely before servicing.

Step2: Remove housing cover and loosen set screw on existing wheel using correct hex key.

Step3: Slide off old wheel from motor shaft, noting rotation direction for alignment.

Step4: Install new wheel onto shaft, aligning bore and tightening set screw firmly.
