The Hatco WHITE-CTD-120 Heat Lamp Bulb Clear 250 Watt 125V generates light and infrared heat by conducting electrical current through the filament and elements, resulting in them glowing with a red-colored output that is proper to warm food. The lamp produces energy when operated at 125V, and the energy emitted assists in keeping heat in display or warmer units by radiating to food holding areas. It is attached to the lamp socket/holder of compatible food warming equipment where a red warming lamp is indicated. These are applications that are intended to be used in 125V in commercial foodservice settings.
