Description

The Winston Products PS2679 Fryer Weight 4HD/6HD LP is a weighted part designed to hold the product in position during the frying process. It works by forcing the food downwards, keeping better contact within the cooking area while submerged in the cooking medium. This weight will interface with the fryer basket or product during operation and stay in place for the entire cooking cycle. It is installed as part of the product handling assembly within the fryer's cooking area, where it works with the basket and other cooking parts.
