The Imperial 20126 Raised Griddle Wire Mesh Set/2 is created to be placed between food products and the cooking surface to allow heat to penetrate through the open wire design with the grease and debris falling off. The net is used to hold items during cooking and can be removed to be washed or turned around as required. This set is put on the top of a flat skillet surface when cooking is done. The web panels are designed to fit the popular commercial plate designs and are used in pairs to switch between them.
