Description

The Groen Z012022 Worm Gear is a spare part for the commercial and steam-jacketed kettle cooking systems. It conveys rotational movement to agitators so that they can be stirred up and operated in the kettle in a consistent and controlled way. The worm gear is installed in the internal drive assembly of the kettle to provide a smooth operation in the course of cooking, mixing, or heating. It is essential for the correct part consistency, mechanical damage prevention and general appliance efficiency.
