The Hobart XNC10X2 Warmer Element transfers electrical power to heat in order to create constant warmth to hold applications. This is supplied with 115-volt power and gives 1000 watts to ensure the operating temperatures are constant throughout the process. It is fitted to fit in compatible cabinets or holding units. The component is designed to fit into foodservice equipment and is used to control food temperatures in the preparation phase and as it is served. The unit has electrical terminals attaching to the wiring harness, which enables it to integrate with existing controls and thermostats.
